Description
A handful of ammonites. This top stone has 21 ammonites prepared on their own matrix. The stone was cracked on exploration, this is common for this type of stone and the matrix was repaired before preparation. The ammonites are from the Upper Sinemurian period , 195 million years old. The specimen is from Lyme Regis.
